Mixed levels of service
Can't tell is this request for rating is for the sales or the service team.
1- Sales: felt like we had to double check all of the calculations that were made the whole way.
2- Service: made a request for service, exchanged a couple of emails, then never heard from the service department, so appointment has yet to be made/confirmed.
This is a new location, and I think they are still working out some bugs.
