Service took too long
1st time service at this dealership, was told on phone would take 1.5 hours. Arrived on time, vehicle already freshly washed, so told SA that wasn't necessary. Actual time spent at dealership was 5 minutes shy of 3 hours. I told the SA I was not happy with excessive time as I had errands to run and a dinner engagement which I barely made it to., he said he knew I wasn't happy but didn't say anything more. Was offered shuttle service but that wouldn't have helped in this case. Service should be performed in a more timely manner, I may check to see if Acura will service the car as they treat me extremely well there when they service our other vehicles. Overall it was a big disappointment.
