Vicki in finance was great and had all paperwork ready and in order for us to sign on day of picking up vehicle. At the same time we needed a quote to repair our 2008 Matrix. Mark who showed us what the issue was gave us options as well so we could choose the type of repair and associated cost. The quote he gave us and the actual cost when we went to pay worked out lower which was a welcome surprise.
