Sudbury dealership Worst of them all
got this CRV fully warranted pushed the button on the dash with my finger and the volume button came off. contacted Honda deal they said its impact damage. i feel that this is ridiculous as the impact was my finger pushing the button..... Honda customer service was rude and completely no help basically saying i have to pay for it because it is impact damage. contacted the manager of the dealer and he never even emailed me back i had to call and leave him messages to get a hold of him. this repair is over 500$ .... on a separate issue they were to fix the air conditioner and lighter plug in and they had my car for a full day not able to offer me shuttle service on top of that and when i got my car back everything stopped working within 3h of having it. not impressed again.... media will hear about my experience and the quality of the crv will be mentioned as poor
