Did not feel valued

After I signed the bill of sale, the remainder of my experience was okay. I felt that the follow up was lacking. Vince made me feel that once his sale was complete he didn't need to follow through anymore. The business manager Johnny was the only one that made me feel valued, even though I didn't take any insurances or financing. I was promised a paint pen, which never happened. When I text Vince to follow up, he ignored my text, even though he told me he would get it and call me. I would not refer any friends or colleagues to purchase a vehicle from him after he failed to follow up with me. I ended up purchasing a paint pen from another dealership.
