Love the car despite the mediocre customer service

From start to finish the customer service experience was mediocre. While everyone individually are lovely, the process was a nightmare with at least one lie being told. We went in to buy a new family vehicle, driving over 200 kms to see if we wanted the used vehicle. We waited for an email response to our request to make an appointment but none came. Upon arrival, we took the car for a test ride and decided it was the car for us. I asked for the process to be with just one person but it was a minimum of three. We then proceeded to spend 5 hours in an office waiting for paperwork to be completed. When it was comfirmed it would be another hour, we took our 3 week old to her grandparents with the promise of a shuttle to pick us up in the hour. An hour goes by, no shuttle. We call and are informed it will arrive in 10 minutes. No shuttle... Another hour later my husband calls to inform them we will walk away unless this process is completed. 10 minutes later a shuttle arrives. When we get back to the dealer, the paperwork is still not ready. We finally are out by 8:30pm after arriving at 1:00pm to test drive. When we arrive back home at 11:30, we realise they have left off the cover plate for the hitch. One week later the satellite radio stops working. (We called the satellite company and reset it many ways over many days, weeks and months and it has never worked again) I would in a heartbeat recommend the car which has been reliable to drive, but really cannot make any further recommandations. After being lied to about a pick up time, we have been left wondering what else we were lied to about in the entire process. We will not purchase from here again.
