Faulty vehiclej sold to a customer?
I purchase a car and was told it was new car even though it 9,000 kilometers on it. I picked up the car on a rainy day. It was afterwards that I noticed the car was dirty, it had not been cleaned at all, and the front of the car was scratched. Does not seem like a new car.
The car was returned and it was properly cleaned. As it was being returned to me, I noticed it was scratched on the passenger vehicle. I left the car, and it was addressed. Does not seem like a new car.
A couple of days later, I noticed the brake were not smooth, they were shaking, a bit noisy and the car was swerving when braking. I was told brakes were new and the car needed to be driven. In addition, there is a jingling noise on the passenger's back side of vehicle. That noise has gotten louder. The brakes have gotten worse, and the car shakes when stopped/idling at a light. This cannot possibly be a new car! your company would go out of business if it sold cars such as this. Did Myers Nissan lie to me and sell this car knowing the issues?
Until there is proper and appropriate redress. I will remain unsatisfied. As it stands now, I feel I was lied to., and I am concerned .
