My vehicle spent the entire day at the dealership and nothing was fixed

I left my van to be checked first thing in the morning. I didn't get any callback. I had to call 3 times to get information on the problem, and was told that a part had to be ordered. During the service work, something changed with my exhaust system. The exhaust is much louder in the car, not the same as when I dropped it off. I raised this with the staff and the technician checked the exhaust and tried to bend it/adjust it in the lot. The noise was reduced temporarily but now it's back. I've always had great service at Hunt Club Dodge - I'll return there in the future instead.
