Damage to material/fabric in car trunk

My most recent experience with the service department was okay. It was fairly speedy and the person that i dealt with did a good job. But my previous poor experience was still lingering and I was never made satisfied. I had complained about the material/fabric in my trunk tearing. I have owned different cars in the past but this type of damage does not make sense to me. The heaviest items that have gone into my car trunk are golf clubs and cases of bottled water. I feel like this is a defect in the material/fabric. I asked if this was covered under warranty and could be repaired. After waiting over 2 weeks for a reply, I recall having to call the service department myself several times to get more information. In the end, I was told that the damage was due to normal wear and tear. No offer was made to repair the damage for me. I tried contacting the finance manager I had dealt with when I initially purchased the vehicle. He was very friendly during that time, yet when I enquired about my damaged car, he was not helpful. In fact, he didn't even pronounce my name properly. I think he told me that he could try to contact the service manager, but it would likely not lead to anything. To this day, I have no idea if the service manager was ever notified. After my most recent oil change, someone had called me to do a survey over the phone. I told the lady that my most recent trip was satisfactory, but I reiterated how my previous experience was not a pleasant one. She offered to contact the service manager and relay my dissatisfaction. Again, I have no way to know if the service at Hunt Club was notified. At this point I have zero incentive to do any service other than my oil changes (which I have essentially already pre-paid for by paying for extended warranty). Any maintenance such as cleaning of brakes I will go to any other mechanic. After paying so much money for the car, they wouldn't take the time to keep me a satisfied customer. I am truly disappointed.
