We bought a new carravan last year， the backup camera Cable cover was broken at the day we picked up the car. The sale man tried to hide it first, but we found it out. He promised it would be replaced when we bought it back from the first maintenance. But it was not replaced, instead, the technician just roughly glued the broken pieces together. It was ugly.
