Waited too long for pick up & to have backup camera fixed
We had a scheduled time for pickup at 11:00 on August 15, 2017 & was told by greeting staff that Paul was busy with another customer and it shouldn't be very long. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked for the keys to my CRV to start programming my phone & preferences.
We waited over an hour before we saw Amy to sign paperwork, as she was supposedly also busy with someone.
Once we went over checklist with Paul, we realized that the backup camera didn't work. Paul told us to come back the next day to have it looked at, as Wednesday isn't a busy day & they could squeeze it in. My husband dropped it off at 9:00, since we were on vacation. I went back at around 3:00, only to be told by Paul that 3 mechanics were still working on it and were trying another radio/camera from another new CRV. He texted me at 3:34, as I was arriving in Shediac, that it was fixed and it was the connector in the back of the radio that was the problem.
We ended up going back to Moncton that evening & picked it up around 6:00.
We still had great service from Paul and realize that some circumstances were out of his control, but would've appreciated being seen by Amy sooner, since we only left your dealership at 1:00. Also the backup camera problem should've been picked up before we arrived, by whoever is responsible for the checklist. My husband is the one that noticed it as we were going through the checklist with Paul.
