Extraordinary Service and kindness
My husband and I pulled into Moncton Honda on an almost flat tire at exactly 5 p.m. last Thursday. We were on a road trip and had pulled off the highway to get the tire examined and fixed, but unfortunately that technician was not able to find the trouble. We determined to find a Honda dealer and purchase a new tire. Although the service department was officially closed and parts were actually inaccessible, Chris Allen and Richard Rheal personally examined our tire. They knew that we could not travel with a tire in that condition and were able to plug the hole they discovered and have us safely on our way. Their kindness and skill were extraordinary. This kind of response and service will certainly keep us as loyal Honda customers. We can highly recommend Moncton Honda based on our experience.
