Lack of after customer care/follow up

Was very happy at the onset of the purchase. Have had the vehicle for 2 weeks now and have some outstanding issues that have not been resolved. Have emailed a follow up email today, and have not yet heard a response. I was clear with my sales agent that we were not fans of Dilawri and he assured me that our needs would be met, all the way through.
