First and foremost I would like anyone reading this to understand I am a very picky guy and time is extremely important to me. I had previously walked away from 2 other deals because of the lack of service or lack of transparency. Now my village luxury cars experience started when I messaged asking for a price and more info on a BMW 335. ( in reality I was never interested in 335 I wanted the 435 just curious to see more info on vehicle) but this dealership at the time did not have any. Christopher responded instantly , very polite and professional. He sent me more info on the 335. I did not respond until he sent me an email apologizing to me because he didn't do enough to put me in the car WOW. I was so impressed and surprised in reality Chris had no reason to apologize he'd been great. So I responded and advised I was interested in 435. After a week or two. I have another email from Chris. We just got a new 435 in and thought of you. I'll make you a video and send tomorrow. Again so impressed. The car was gorgeous. I was instantly interested. When I came in I met Harris the sales manager and unlike most managers who are cold or hard o even talk to. Harris was so inviting unbelievably helpful and made me a fair offer on my trade. i dealt with Harris for the next 2 weeks to finalize the deal he is a straight shooter. That wants what's best for his customers. I will definitely be back and I recommend anyone and everyone to give them a shot. I'd give higher than 5 stars if I could. Thank you VCL for everything
