Had to bring my car in 5 times to get one problem fixed
My car is only two years old, and my air conditioning stopped working in the hottest spell of the summer. I brought my car in, but even though they had to recharge it and fill it with freon, they were not able to find a leak. They put a dye in, and asked me to drive it for a week and bring it back. When I returned, they found a leak in a pressure line, but did not have the part and had to order it. I had to come back again. When they replaced the pressure line, they discovered another leak in the condensor, but again didn't have the part, and I had to bring it in again. On the 4th visit, they fixed the condensor, but while fixing it, broke the other pressure line. Again no parts in stock, so I had to leave it over a weekend, and take a loaner car. The girl who had the car prior to me, said there was a quarter tank of gas in it, and I live about 45km. out of town, so when I went to come into town on Saturday, the low fuel light came on and I had to put gas in the vehicle, so I put the minimum of $10.00 in and this didn't even last until I got back to the dealer on Monday. Again the low fuel light was on, and it was basically on empty. The people that I dealt with were great, and I was reimbursed for my gas, but the inconvenience this was for me to keep coming back, makes me want to return to my previous dealer, seeing as my warranty is almost up.
