Rainbow did a great job of explaining everything, working around my schedule, and making the transaction easy.
Rick and Darcy did a great job putting everything together. I was early picking up my new vehicle and Rick was tied up with another customer for a few minutes. Instead of having to wait, Brian stepped in and got started on the delivery portion - walking me through a few of the new features and setting up my phone on the Bluetooth. He did a great job. As soon as Rick was free, he took me through the rest of the vehicle and answered any questions I had. It was a great customer experience.
