Had a bronze car wash package done to my car. The wash was good. Found some damage on the back taillight that I was sure wasn't there when I brought it in. The lady at the service desk left a note on Jared (Service Supervisor)'s desk. The work was done on August 28, 2017. It is now September 7. I have called multiple times, left notes with the office workers. Was assured that i'd get a call within 2 business days. I have now given on the supervisor and will have to pay to have the taillight replaced.
