Seamless
Edi was honest and didn’t beat around the bush.
During the testdrive he advised me to do things I’d normally wouldn’t think of, just to show this was a good car.
He handled our 3,5 year old son (who spilled hot chocolate over and around his desk) like a pro. He kept on providing service with a smile. Also AFTER the sale had been finalised.
