Vehicle was not ready at the time we were told it would be.
We were called and told our car would be ready at 4:40. I arrived at 5:15 and had to wait until almost 6:00 before the car was completely ready. Not even the paper work was complete. Although the employee tried to handle the situation tactfully and aplogetically, it was still a huge inconvenience. The service was the fall maintenance package! It was dropped off at 9:00 am! This was poor service. The only saving grace was the courteous service from the gentleman in service.
