There were no surprises and everything was done on the car as was requested.
I brought in my car for its 84,000 km checkup. I utilized the courtesy car ride to get home for the day and they picked me up at the end of the day so I could drive my car home.
I was given a clear and concise statement showing what was done on my car and, as a result, the charges I needed to pay.
