Scheduling issues

There seems to be a lack of communication between repair service and scheduling. Three times I was called to confirm my apt and three times the part I needed for my car still wasn't in but I didn't find out until an hour after the shuttle dropped me off at home. I get it happening once but three times?!? Come on! The last time it happened, I had my newborn with me. When the part did come in, scheduling told me the car would be ready by 1 so I booked an apt in the sales department at 12. I only found out that day, after I had already dropped it off, that my car wouldn't be ready until 3. Both issues stemmed from scheduling not knowing what was going on. Very disappointed.
