Service
In a nutshell, my wife brought her 2014 Santa Fe in for service and was told that she was required to have the fuel filter replaced. Not being mechanical and no one explaining the part replacement or cost she said sure go ahead. Bad move as the bill came to $1035.00 and after complaining that no one prepared her for the shock it was reduced to $740.00. Please be advised that going forward we will seek out alternatives for our service, including but not limited to oil changes, tire rotation, and winter tire changeovers. Our choice for oil changes will be at a warranty approved outlet so that you don't try to screw us on our warranty!
