I paid extra for additional services that were substandard.
I paid for a premium wash which included a vacuum. The back seat and floor still had lots of cat hair everywhere.
I was informed of two recall notices, one was over a year old. Why wasn't I notified of these earlier? I was told the hood latch recall was from 2016 bit I received a letter in August 2017. I've never received a letter about the second issue. That's concerning.
