II had decided on another Toyota product..but .because I was not happy with the service there (for the last year) I couldn't be bothered looking around...and putting up with the same thing in another dealership. While I was avoiding making my decision,. my son suggested I should try a Honda CR-V if I was looking at a Rav-4 and said he would accompany me. I tried one and loved the car and your representative Jason was very professional.. I loved the car and probably was ready for a change after 10 years of Rav-4 and four Toyota products. The product has always served me well...but the sales service is not acceptable.
