Always something wrong and recurring issues.
I bought 3 vehicles from Palladino and initially was given good service. This deteriorated over the past 3 years. Every time I brought my vehicle in for regular service, there was always something wrong and the costs kept rising. When I questioned the reliability of the vehicle, I was told that it was always my fault. I also had other concerns over the past 3 years which were never followed up on. I even had a senior manager promise to get information for me but he never called me back. I now have a new Mitsubishi.
