Lack of customer service
The process was great until it came time to pick up my vehicle. I had a question regarding warranty of my keys that I had paid for at the time of purchase. At the service counter where i picked up my van keys, the lady their said she didnt know and to ask parts. At the parts counter ahe said she didnt know and to ask the rep in the garage. Went out there and she was on lunch. Its unbelievable that I kept getting passed on to the next person. No one even suggested they would look into it and call me back. I paid hundreds if not thousands extra for different warranties that I haven't used because no one can see to know anything about it. I feel this is completely unprofessional and extremely poor customer service. Very, very disappointed.
