A recent noise started in our vehicle and we were told all cars have noises and was not loud enough to generate a fix.

A technician went for a test ride and found the problem - noise in the Ac compressor and could be a Bering or perhaps needing a new compressor. We were told he checked two other 2016 Civics and they too had this noise therefore they decided all 2016's made that noise and we had to live with it. The service rep checked with his manager and they wouldn't budge and while an obvious Honda problem, I got charged $29. I will no longer deal with Moncton Honda particularly when I trade my second vehicle (02012 Camry) next year. I have owned 2 Accords in the past and am looking at trading in the spring but will not go to this dealership. Very poor service for someone who has owned 5 Hondas over the years and only once went to Toyota. Perhaps you should refer this complaint to John Brushette who I knew personally before my retirement several years ago from RBC. Murray Estabrooks.
