Try but do not deliver
The team at Sherwood Honda had individuals that tried to deliver a good experience. There seemed to be internal communication issues that caused the team to fail.
At times I felt the group was more worried about getting a good rating than delivering the service that would warrant one.
I had a poor experience where a defect was not addressed as agreed and with several follow ups left unanswered I abondoned the remedy.
The experience has left me without confidence in the dealership and I will deal with another in the future even though Sherwood Honda is very close to home.
