It was a stress free, educational and enjoyable experience.
From beginning to end, I was given exceptional customer service. I initially met James on the lot at the dealership as I was looking at a vehicle. He approached me with a very friendly demeanor, introduced himself and answered all of my questions with ease. I did not have much time that evening, so James offered his business card and availability for the weekend. When I returned on Saturday he was very busy, but managed to divide his time well. I test drove the HR-V that I was previously looking at and immediately loved it. I was given a detailed description of all aspects of the car. After working out a deal for pricing, James gave me a full tour of the dealership and explained the warranty/extended warranties. He was a pleasure to deal with.
When I returned the following week to pick up my car, James sat with me in the car and literally explained how everything works. This was extremely helpful and the first time a salesman has ever gone to those lengths, when I have purchased a car in the past. I will definitely recommend Brantford Honda and specifically James to anyone I know looking to purchase a car.
