difficult to get straight answers on the financing part
I had to repeatedly ask for clarity on the financing part and i was never asked about optional insurance of extended warranty
They just added it in and gave me a bi weekly payment amount
When i said it didnt add up we got to the 2700 dollar warranty issue and at first i was told it was part of the deal with the financing
Only when i specifically asked if there was no deal unless i bought that did they pull it out of the price
At one poont i was told the 10 thousand cash went on to the purchase price and it was then taxable and that explained to close to 65 thousand total
That was taken back out later on
I still never got a complete description of the financing like it is writtten in the contract
It seemed like it was close to what i expected so i agreed
When i picked up my truck they had me trade off the plates and register and insure first
Then when i went to sign i seen the complete financial lay out for the first time
I needed to get my new truck home and get back to work so i have been dealing with wheatons for a month now
I had to get 1900 of optional insurance cancelled
They tried to tell me that it was mandatory anf wait fo 90 days first but i said no and low and behold it was cancelled no problem
I feel like i was being sold on alot of extra stuff i never asked for anf there was very little or no discussion about these products that arr up sells
I would like to come in and meet with thr next higher up level of administration and discuss this more
