Service Department did not provide good service.
Brought car in for first service, major reason be a 'broken clip on right back bumper', and was told that it was not covered under warranty. Car was a new purchase, and is now around 3 months old. Purchased the extra warranty, so it would be 'peace of mind' for 8 years. Had to call my sales agent (Warren did superb job), and he had the issue rectified and fixed right away to our satisfaction. This was NOT a very good first experience with your Service department.
