8.20am In for 6 mths Fall Maint....comment engine air filter DIRTY but did not replace..
Car not ready on time...then Shuttle not come as promised...finally sent taxi.
When finally got to service counter...paperwork not done...futher wait
Recd service phonecall after...expained problems but you keep sending emails to futher anoy me.
