Seeing as the SRS light was on and I was at your Dealership for the free Passenger Airbag repair/replace ? And you were in possession of my car for six hours, and then driving home and discovering that the Airbag cover did not fit right and a corner of the Bag was sticking out of the right hand corner, I would not rate that as good service. I turned to my son, a Mechanic for help, being 85 and a woman, I doubted you would believe me, if I complained, so he called you from Edmonton and I now have to be without my Vehicle again for some hours, again an inconvenience to me and lost wages to your business, for service which should have been done right the first time, it's not a good way to serve your Customers.
