Displeased by staff
I stated I had multiple issues with my 2 month old car. The staff listened to one problem and then walked off. When she returned with my paperwork, I reiterated that there were many problems and she huffed and then handwrote the other problems out. I was told that I would receive a call about booking an additional appointment for these other problems. After two weeks and no call, I called in as the problem had worsened. I was told they only had record of the initial problem and could I be mistaken about telling them about the additional problems. I advised the above, that the other issues were handwritten. I was generally unhappy with how I was treated. Also after I commented about being inadequately informed about the tire warranty, a salesman later (at least 15 minutes later) approached me to discuss it and told me he would get a quote over to me and i never received anything. I received great and incredibly helpful service when i was deciding on a vehicle.
