Service

I just brought my car in for a tire change. The service agent, Jessica, was not pleasant to deal with at all which unfortunately made for a less positive experience than it would could have been. She made it seem that we needed an alignment which we did not need. Then she only begrudgedly and while being condescending allowed us to take the shuttle to the mall to pass the two hours they told us it would take to change the tires. I was told that they would call when the car was done. After almost 3 hours at the mall, and no word, I called the dealership to ask for a status update on the car tire change. Jessica told me the shuttle would be there any minute. I guess it was a good thing I called.
