Follow Up needs improvement
The salesman was energetic and outgoing. He answered all my questions and looked after me fully. What needs a little attention is the follow up after purchase. I received a call 1 week after purchase, I did not have time to talk at all. I never heard back from him for 3 months and that was a very short phone call. For a company who would love repeat business and more business referrals, the follow up should be better. Outside of that, everything was good.
