Ali spent time going through cars on the online site with me and kept my budget in mind. He was upbeat, friendly and courteous. Upon my next visit, he had to hand me off to another sales person because I had printed an online coupon before I went into the store. I did not have a comfortable experience with this other salesperson. When I contacted Ali to request that he complete the sale and be present when I receive my vehicle, he made sure that my request was honoured. He met with me and took time to show me the car and has helped me out with minor requests since. I would recommend Ali to someone looking for a Mazda. I am really enjoying the new (used) car!
