I understand Tory is a new salesmen but I felt like I had to work hard to get a "deal". And I know it's not Tory's fault but when we were negotiating prices and the back and forth between me and the sale manager is a horrible waste of time for the customer. Let me talk to one guy. Having said that, Tory has answered professionally all my questions and concerns I've had with my car so far. Keep up the good work.
