Very poor customer service

Purchased 2 vehicles within a month. Went to pick up second vehicle, 2017 Dodge Ram. Sales associate and sales manager were not available. We waited over 45 minutes to pick up our vehicle as no one knew where the manager was. We were finally brought to another sales person to finish the deal. Upon speaking to him, he told us our sales person had been fired that weekend. The sales manager had left for the day. When we finally got to see the vehicle, there was damage to the box as well as a large dent in the back quarter panel. Was promised 2 touch up pens and a free oil change, but when looking over the final contract someone had crossed it out. Luckily I have taken a picture when we signed the deal and we have not received it yet. My daughter was interested in purchasing a Ram as well, she is now having second thoughts after seeing the problems we went through.
