Parts department has the worst customer service
The service department employee does the work very efficiently. But the parts department made me go the location twice for no use. They are not helpful at all. Even the manager didn't help. Parts delivery have to make sure they do the process in the right way. I wasted two weeks believing that they will make it right. Worst service. I should have given 0 star if that is an option.
