In purchasing a 2nd vehicle from a dealership the vehicle is part of the decision but service is just as important and yours was over the top on Friday.
Because of a busy day, I dropped my CRV off about 10 for a 1:00 appointment. I asked if it was possible for it to be ready by 2:30 and they said they would do their best. They went above and beyond I received a call at 12:12 my vehicle was ready called - before the scheduled appointment. THANKS
