Failed twice
We ordered our winter tire and rim package and booked an appointment with Chantel G on Nov 14 via email which went fine. Unfortunately the Nov 20 appointment was poor in 2 ways, (1) The tires we ordered were not the ones they installed on our car. (2) We were not contacted previous to our appointment or while at home during the actual tire installation that other tires were being chosen for us without our approval. Whether our requested and previously ordered tires ran out, were given to someone else or the wrong tires were just installed by mistake is up for speculation. Anyway, in the end we were given a story how great these unrequested tires were when we returned to pay the bill. As you can see Honda service department deserves a fail here on our very first experience with them.
