Our overall experience was great. Chad was very helpful.
We came from out-of-town and the vehicle was just as described. One thing that could have been better for us, would have been to have received the vehicle with a full tank of gas, especially since the dealership knew we drove over 2 hours to pick up the vehicle. Also, we were given a $25 voucher, but the gas station only filled up the tank to the 1/4 mark (which is only about $10 worth of gas).
That small courtesy of a full tank would have been worth the minimal cost in terms of client satisfaction.
