Oil change and winter tires
I dropped my car at 9:30 for an 10:30 appointment and had the shuttle drive me to another appointment. At 11:30 my service adviser called me that they did not have the wheels your booking person had set aside when she made the appointment a few weeks ago so I told him to go ahead and install the ones they had on stock. Made it back with the shuttle around 11:45 but waited til 1:30 since my service person had gone to lunch and he was surprise to see me there when he came back and said my paper work was just sitting there and nobody else seemed to have filled in when he was away. The Queue display always showed in queue so kind of useless.
