Considering I just leased a $16,000 car, any other dealership would have at least given me a second set of the car key, especially when they just quickly RE-PRINTED my contract before signing because they penciled in “daily rental” on the first copy. I absolutely should have been disclosed this information as it makes a huge factor in the decision to purchase a car. I was only made aware of this right before signing the reprinted copy. Then I find out as soon as I put the deposit down that there’s only one key. Maybe offer to make me a second key for the car and I’ll be more pleased but I got nothing. Four words: Not recommending to anyone.
