I purchased a vehicle, the service was very professional, open, and inviting. The only negative comment about my experience is the process used to negotiate the price of the vehicle. I know this is the process all dealerships use, but it is very confusing and can be mis-leading for some customers. Although I feel I paid a fair price for the vehicle, I am still not certain that I actually paid the price I think I negotiated.
