I've been trying to get a hold of Alex your sevice manager. I spoke to him on Nov15. In regards to my winter tires having a severe tread were. I was told that this was due to over presure by a sales associate. You are the only poeple that service my truck. You are the ones that over inflated my tires causing severe tread loss. I have called twice since Nov 15, and no one has called me back.. I love my Dodge but at this time would never recomend your dealership. I'm seriously disapointed with what has happend. Thanks
