Required replacement of drivers side rear passenger window
Was not impressed with time delay to receive window. The order seemed to be expedited, then the priority was downgraded. I was impressed with helpfulness of Carolyn and others that I discussed the repair with. If Honda Canada does not stock a large inventory of parts, perhaps taking window out of a vehicle in stock would make for faster repair. Time delay poor, all other communication and repair satisfacrory
