I was greeted by name, and asked about my recent trip. The service advisor was truly interested. The questions she asked and the conversation we had told me that she had a good idea of who I am. This is very important! The service was done in a reasonable time and at a very reasonable cost. I was greeted by other staff who know me and there was coffee and tea available while I waited.
