poor customer service
the last service that i got was great. the service advisor was polite and prifessional.my concern was the previous maintenance service prior to that. i got a call from ron garcia who was the manager in the service department at that time and he told me to call him directly to book the next appointment to make sure that i will be booked with a better service advisor. so that was the one i did then. got his voicemail and left a message and he NEVER returned my call at all. whatever happened to his commitment that he will take care of my next booking for the maintenance service. i am just really disappointed with the way they do business now. not the same experience that i had before when i got the first vehicle with the same dealership. the only reason i am doing my maintenanve service with winnipeg honda is because of the warranty coverage.
